UK Standard Delivery
We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard delivery orders within 3 to 5 working days. We are reliant on Royal Mail keeping to their delivery estimate times.
EU / International delivery
We aim to deliver within the lead times specified for your country, however please allow for the correct amount of working days for the delivery to arrive.
During busy periods (including Cyber weekend and Christmas) deliveries may take a little longer.
International Delivery Services
Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Recipients of deliveries made outside the UK may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
In addition some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for determining whether there are any restrictions on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You can contact your local customs office for assistance regarding these matters.
Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but unfortunately this is out of our control.
We will begin our missing parcels procedure if your order fails to arrive within:
- 10 working days of despatch (UK only)
- 20 working days of despatch (EU & International)
Please notify us if you have not received your parcel after the above time frames, then we can investigate your claim as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Please note that we may refuse to make future deliveries to addresses that are considered to be insecure. In this event you will be contacted by our Customer service team and asked to provide an alternative delivery location for future orders.
Take care when entering your delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for any non-delivered parcels if the address information was not entered correctly.
We are pleased to offer our returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.
We will be happy to refund your purchase. All we ask is that you return your purchase together with your order summary within 28 days, by post.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 28 days of delivery.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method except for orders purchased online via PayPal.
Depending on how fast your postman is, it can take up to 10 days for your returned parcel to reach us. Once we have received your parcel we will refund your order as quickly as we can. Payment will be refunded within 14 days, of satisfactory receipt of your returned items . (Please note that refund times are dictated by your card issuer and are outside our control)
In interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings or real body jewellery unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
Enclose the order summary with your parcel and write the returns address clearly on the outside. Remember to get a proof of postage receipt at the post office. If you are returning your order from outside the UK by post, please use the national carrier within your country. You will need to pay for the postage but we will refund the delivery charge if we have made an error in our despatch or if the item is faulty or unfit for purpose, unless you have decided to keep part of the received order. We will not refund charges incurred by you from private carriers.
Postal returns can take up to 10 days to reach us but once we've got it, we promise to process your refund / exchange within 48 hours.
We will also refund your delivery charge if you are an EU customer cancelling within 7 days of receiving your order under the Distance Selling Regulations. You must send us a written notice stating that you wish to cancel the contract and include your order number. Once you decide to return the Goods you must not use them and you must take reasonable care of them while in your possession. The Goods must be returned to us intact and undamaged as soon as possible. You will be responsible for returning the goods to us at your cost.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for return items that are lost and/or damaged in the post. You must ensure that the returned items are packaged for protection.
